About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Advent Health Bolingbrook. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $19.50 to $21.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
