Part Time Service Technician (Mt. Laurel)

About the role
This part-time role requires 2-3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, scheduled within the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for a total of 10 hours per week. Daylight shift with long-term, permanent job security based on client contract.
Responsibilities
- Weekly refrigeration inspections and basic maintenance support to industrial accounts in food and beverage and refrigerated storage equipment ranging from 100 HP to 5,000 HP.
- Visually inspect and report findings for all plant refrigeration equipment to customer and service manager.
- Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies, procedures, and governing requirements.
- All other duties as assigned by the service manager.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED; HVAC tech school preferred.
- Minimum of 1+ years of industrial HVAC experience preferred but not required (training may be available).
- Universal EPA certification preferred.
- No tobacco products allowed during the workday on the jobsite(s).
- Pre-employment drug screening, felony screening, and driving record check required.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance as a company representative.
- Ability to climb 40-foot extension ladders and work on all types of ladders.
- Ability to see and hear industrial equipment as it moves around the jobsite.
- Requires face-to-face communication and contact with others (face-to-face, telephone, email, or otherwise).
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods of time.
- Requires working in very hot (above 100°F) or very cold (below 10°F) temperatures and the ability to wear all required safety PPE in these conditions.
