Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes
• Be the first to handle brand-new bike models before they hit the sales floor
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly
• Provide stellar customer service with a warm, approachable manner and great listening skills
• Pitch in on any task, even on the toughest, busiest days

Requirements

• Self-motivation and a positive, team-focused mentality
• Fantastic hospitality and a drive to help in any way you can
• Top-notch communication skills
• Impressive attention to detail and a love for tinkering until you figure it out
• Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles
• Desire to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies
• Prior mechanic experience is not required
