Service Technician - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Travels to VGT locations exchanging cash boxes, replenishing ticket paper, and servicing bill validators and ticket printers.
• Responsible for performing minor resets of video gaming terminals.
• Replenishes and services ticket redemption units and performs all duties as required for the route cash collection process.
• Provides a high level of customer service to clients and employees, upholding company standards of customer service.
• Supports, promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Projects a positive image of the company at all times.
• Handles minor repairs and assists with equipment malfunctions.
• Assists Route Operations Manager.
• Processes manual payouts due to equipment malfunctions or other circumstances as deemed necessary.
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Informs Route Operations Manager of video gaming terminal issues.
• Provides outstanding employee and customer relations.
• Assists customers with questions and complaints regarding video gaming terminals.
• Maintains accurate records and completes required reports.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience within gaming industry is a plus.
• PC proficiency.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Ability to travel extensively as necessary for business needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to accurately prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, on call, and holidays as required.
• Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Weight expectations up to 50-60 pounds.
