Part-Time Service Technician

About the role

The General Service Technician performs basic automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire rotation. The role involves following safety procedures, adhering to company policies, and working flexibly, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotation
• Conduct oil changes and basic services
• Use inspection tools to assess vehicle condition
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety
• Drive vehicles safely, including transporting customers and picking up parts
• Follow safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical and undercarriage components
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and have good vision
