Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of foods following recipes and safety guidelines
- Set up workstations and measure and prep ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment and cook using various methods
- Garnish and portion food
- Store food safely
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Maintain excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or related experience
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
Physical demands include lifting, bending, standing, and wearing PPE if required.
