Part Time - Server

About the role

The Dining Server is responsible for providing timely and professional meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, assist with menu selections, and provide menu descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including completing side work and opening/closing duties.
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
• Utilize community systems for order entry and meal delivery.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Build positive connections with residents to foster a hospitable environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Pay

Pay range: $13.50 - $16.88 per hour.
