About the role

As a Dining Server in a senior living community, you will provide timely and professional meal service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables following community standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and bistro.
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu options.
• Use community systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Build positive connections with residents to enhance their dining experience.
