Part Time - Server

About the Role

This role oversees daily service operations within Dining Services, ensuring a high-quality program for residents. The Lead Server supports front-line staff in delivering exceptional service and maintains a sanitary, organized, and fully stocked dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates in providing top-notch food and service to residents and guests.
• Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Set up service stations and dining areas prior to service.
• Train new staff on fine-dining principles and etiquette.
• Verify completion of cleaning lists and side work.
• Conduct pre-service meetings and communicate updates on policies, menu, and allergen information.
• Enforce uniform policies and temperature controls.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for ordering.
• Perform other duties in compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• Food Handler's certificate or relevant certification as per state guidelines.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in food service.
