- Assist customers with menu navigation and recommend favorites while maintaining top-tier service.
- Work efficiently to craft drinks quickly, stay focused amidst busy periods, and uphold cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Support teamwork, communicate effectively, and show reliability through punctuality and preparedness.
- Handle physical tasks such as light lifting (up to 65 lbs) and adapt to various weather conditions.
- Engage customers with kindness, educate about menu options, and embody company values.
- Maintain efficiency in a dynamic setting and participate in training programs.
