About the role

A Dining Server in a senior living community provides timely, professional meal service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Complete side work and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
• Use designated systems for order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Build positive connections with residents to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to follow safety standards, and a hospitable attitude are essential.

Pay

The pay range is $15.00 - $18.75 per hour.
