The Lead Dining Server supports daily dining operations in a senior living environment, ensuring service excellence and maintaining high standards for residents and guests. The role requires a professional, warm, and consistent approach to creating a welcoming dining experience, inspiring service excellence in senior living environments.

Responsibilities

• Providing dining and table service following established standards
• Training and supporting new servers on service procedures and expectations
• Assisting residents with menu selections and taking accurate meal orders
• Ensuring proper dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation
• Maintaining side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitoring table presentation and dining decorum
• Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Supporting special events and Bistro operations
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
