Part Time - Server

About the role

The Dining Server is responsible for providing timely, professional meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The position emphasizes creating meaningful experiences for residents while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions
• Bus and reset tables following community standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and bistro
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Utilize community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Build positive connections with residents to enhance their dining experience

• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver excellent service
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness

Pay

The role offers a pay range of $15.00 - $18.75.
