Part Time - Server

About the role

As a Dining Server in a senior living community, you will deliver timely and professional meal service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The position emphasizes building meaningful connections and delivering excellent service to enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Utilize Sunrise systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service skills with positive communication
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
• Experience in food service or waitstaff preferred but not required

Pay

This role offers a pay range of $13.50 - $16.88.
