Part Time - Server

About the role

Dining Server in a senior living community, responsible for providing professional and timely meal service in a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and descriptions
• Bus, reset tables, and maintain a clean dining area
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings and use systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections to enhance resident experience

• Ability to assist residents and work efficiently in a team
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is $15.92 - $19.90 per hour, with benefits including health plans, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and optional bonuses, depending on eligibility.
