About the role

The Dining Server is responsible for delivering timely, professional meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The position emphasizes creating a hospitable environment and making a positive impact on residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Assisting residents with menu selections and providing descriptions
• Busing and resetting tables according to community standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Completing side work and opening/closing duties
• Participating in pre-meal meetings to review menus
• Using systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
