Role: Server in a high-volume restaurant environment, responsible for providing exceptional guest service, fostering a warm atmosphere, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and make guests feel comfortableRecognize regular guests, learn their preferences, and make personalized recommendationsTake food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS systemMaintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areasCommunicate effectively with guests, anticipating their needsRespond promptly and courteously to guest requests, exceeding expectationsSupport restaurant operations by filling in as needed Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of experience in a busy restaurant settingPassion for authentic Italian cuisine and creating a welcoming environmentExcellent English communication skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsTeam-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive workplace
