Role Overview The position involves providing professional and timely meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming dining environment for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Accurately taking and delivering food and beverage ordersAssisting residents with menu selections and descriptionsBus and reset tables according to community standardsMaintaining a clean, organized dining areaCompleting side work and opening/closing dutiesParticipating in pre-meal meetings to review menusUsing systems for order entry and meal deliveryFollowing food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocolsBuilding positive connections and delivering excellent customer service Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service skillsAbility to follow safety and sanitation standardsGood communication skills for assisting residentsAbility to work efficiently in a team environment Compensation & Benefits Pay range from $16.00 to $19.20 per hour.
