Responsibilities

• Accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Assisting residents with menu selections and providing menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Completing assigned side work and opening/closing duties
• Participating in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Using systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery
• Adhering to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive connections
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
