About the role

We are seeking a Dining Server responsible for delivering professional and timely meal service in a senior living community. The role emphasizes building positive connections with residents and delivering excellent customer service to create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Assisting residents with menu selections and providing menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
• Completing side work and opening/closing duties
• Participating in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Using systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Following food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

• Strong customer service skills and hospitality orientation
