About the role
We are seeking a Lead Server to oversee daily restaurant operations and train newly hired servers.
Responsibilities
- Manage table assignments and bussing stations
- Act as a food runner when needed
- Provide leadership to staff
- Perform all server functions
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Support team coordination
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in small groups
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain Food Handlers certification
- Compliance with background screening processes
Pay
USD $18.98 - USD $22.78 per hour
