About the role

The Dining Server provides professional and timely meal service in a senior living community, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Participate in pre‑meal meetings to review menus
• Use community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Build positive connections with residents to enhance their dining experience

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a hospitable attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
