Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text message
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
- Work closely with sales and management teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dealership experience

Competitive starting wage
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: Until 7:00 PM
Tuesday and Friday: Until 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
