Caring Transitions of Glastonbury & Middletown is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity designed for someone who enjoys making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with professionals serving seniors and their families, including assisted living communities, memory care teams, real estate professionals, and attorneys
• Become a trusted resource in the community by sharing how we support families during transitions
• Represent Caring Transitions at local events, networking groups, and community gatherings
• Stay connected with your network through thoughtful follow-up and consistent outreach
• Help create opportunities for families to get the support they need at the right time

Requirements

• You enjoy meeting people and building real relationships
• You care about helping others and want your work to have meaning
• You are self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Experience in senior services, real estate, healthcare, or community outreach is helpful but not required
• You are organized, dependable, and communicate well
• You have reliable transportation and enjoy being out in the community
