Part Time Retail Senior Client Advisor

About the role

As the Senior Client Advisor, you will drive client development and sales to meet all company objectives. You will exemplify customer service excellence, uphold visual merchandising and operational standards, and—when the most senior presence in the store—oversee all aspects of store and staff operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication aligned with the James Perse brand
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service, client experience, and store presentation
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and overall store standards
• Grow existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
• Support operational tasks and projects
• Open and close the store, following all opening and closing procedures
• Leverage local market knowledge of clientele and brand competitors
• Participate in special events and projects (e.g., sample sales, physical inventory)
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client-experience excellence
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique environment selling high-end goods and serving a discerning clientele
• Ideally, an established personal clientele following
• Experience in retail settings that operate seven days a week, requiring flexible scheduling based on business needs
