Full Time Retail Senior Client Advisor

About the role

As the Senior Client Advisor, you will drive client development and sales while upholding James Perse’s standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations. When Store Management is absent, you will oversee all store and staff functions as the most senior presence on-site.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication aligned with James Perse standards
• Exemplify exceptional customer service, client experience, and store standards
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and overall store presentation
• Grow existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
• Support operational tasks and projects
• Open and close the store, conducting all related procedures
• Leverage local market knowledge of clientele and brand competitors
• Participate in special events and projects (e.g., sample sales, physical inventory)
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while ensuring operational and client experience excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (College Degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique environment dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
• Ideally, a cultivated and established clientele following
• Experience working in retail environments with 7-day operations, requiring open scheduling availability based on business needs

Pay

$20.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales.
