Part Time Retail Senior Client Advisor

About the Role

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving all company objectives with a focus on client development and sales. You will set the standard for customer service excellence, visual merchandising, and operational standards. In the absence of Store Management, you will oversee all aspects of the store and staff when the most senior presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Establish and manage client relationships consistent with James Perse standards
• Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience, and store standards
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
• Support operational tasks and projects
• Open and close the store, conducting all related procedures
• Leverage local market knowledge of clientele and brand competitors
• Participate in special events and projects (e.g., Sample Sale, Physical Inventory)
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (College Degree preferred)
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales
• Ideally has a cultivated and established clientele following
• Experience working in a retail environment with 7-day operations, requiring flexible scheduling based on business needs
