About the property
The award-winning, 480-acre Saddlebrook Resort is a premier meeting and vacation destination, as well as one of the nation's preeminent athletic training facilities. What you will have an opportunity to do
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
- Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
- Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
