About the role
A Part Time Restaurant Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests at tables in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and ask how many are in their party.
- Collect guests' receipts to record their drink orders.
- Follow a rotation system to ensure seating is equally dispersed among servers.
- Escort guests to their table and leave their receipt with the drink order.
- Introduce guests to their server.
Pay
Starting rate: $16.00 per hour. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.
Minimum qualifications may vary by position. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.
