Restaurant Host - Part time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant and its offerings
• Cook up with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously
• Support the team in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest lists
