Role Overview Provides respiratory care utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Assesses patients, develops, implements, and evaluates care plans, and administers medications as prescribed. Key Responsibilities Assess patient condition and develop personalized care plansImplement and evaluate treatment strategiesAdminister prescribed medications and provide health education to patients and familiesParticipate in quality improvement activities and collaborate with healthcare team membersProvide clinical leadership and support ongoing learningPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Current state license and RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory CareRecent clinical respiratory care experienceBasic computer literacy (Windows and Microsoft Office)Successful completion of hospital and departmental orientationCPR certification (BLS) within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred
