About the role

Supports a faculty member by coordinating research-related administrative and operational activities, assisting with project planning and execution, monitoring workflows, gathering and analyzing information, and serving as a resource for customers, and external collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Applies established procedures and provides solutions to routine and moderately complex issues to support research objectives and departmental goals.
• Uses established procedures, guidelines, and precedents to resolve routine operational, research, and administrative issues.
• Understands how own and related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives.
• Researches information, collects data, and prepares analyses/reports as directed.
• Provides solutions to problems based on practice and existing precedents or procedures.
