Part-Time Repair Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Close out repair tickets in the Salesforce system, reviewing ticket documentation and details to confirm ticket can be billed
• Follow up with customers for PO numbers as needed
• Call customers to schedule system inspections
• Assist the Repair Supervisor with scheduling repairs
• Issue RMA numbers and follow up on the return of unused equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills preferred
• Computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry required
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products
• Ability and willingness to work alone, reporting to an off-site superior
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Required to have close visual perception to perform activities such as viewing computer monitors, extensive reading, and visual inspections
