Job Summary

The position is responsible for managing credit card portfolios, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage credit card portfolios to meet performance targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to cardholders
  • Monitor and address customer complaints and issues
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in credit card operations or customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
