About the role
The Relationship Associate plays a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships by providing outstanding service and support. Success in this role comes from a commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build customer relationships by identifying needs and referring appropriate products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, maintenance requests, and general banking questions.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
- Support branch operations, including ATM, vault, and balancing activities.
- Follow all bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service, retail, cash-handling, or banking experience preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and coworkers.

Schedule
Part-time, non-exempt, 25 hours per week. Our branch is open Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM - Noon.
