About the role
We are seeking Registration Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service both in person and via phone or video.
Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating patient demographic, insurance, and financial information
- Aiding with forms and documentation
- Cooking patient admission needs
- Working with various departments to ensure completeness of patient encounters
- Maintaining accuracy standards
- Promoting a safe environment
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in an office or customer service setting
- Basic proficiency with Windows applications
Qualifications
- Preferred: Hospital registration experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with insurance procedures
