About the role
As a nurse, you will serve as an advocate, educator, and partner in delivering compassionate, holistic care to diverse patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage
- Document in the EMR system
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures
- Administer medications
- Educate patients
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation and organizational requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon with dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days
- 1 year of outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
