About the role
As a nurse, you will serve as an advocate, educator, and partner, providing comprehensive, compassionate care that addresses the whole person.
Responsibilities
- Patient assessments
- Vital signs
- Health histories
- Phone triage
- Documentation in the EMR system (EPIC)
- Supporting providers during procedures
- Auxiliary tasks such as IV starts and medication administration
- Collaborating to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring clinical quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active OR RN license and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days
- Preferred: 1+ year outpatient or clinical RN experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
- Proof of suicide prevention training and licensure requirements as specified
