Registered Nurse providing high-level, technical nursing care to patients within a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Ensuring accurate documentation
- Administering medications and IV therapies safely
- Creating a therapeutic environment
- Supporting patient and family education
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a BSN preferred
- Valid Texas nursing license required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NRP and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring preferred or required within specified timeframes
- At least 1+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
