Part-Time Registered Nurse - Night Shift

About the role

Join a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing over 100 years of quality housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. Role: Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, and ensure safe, reliable resident care.
• Operate within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to professional standards and ethical codes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.
