About the role
Providing individualized adult and geriatric care across multiple facilities within a regional footprint.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care based on theoretical concepts and standards of practice.
- Working collaboratively with diverse care teams across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
- Providing flexible coverage at a minimum of three assigned facilities, ensuring quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg, and two years for ICU or other specialties.
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks.
