Registered Nurse - Part Time - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients based on nursing standards and theoretical concepts. In this regional float pool role, nurses will provide care across multiple hospitals within the region, working in diverse units such as Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more. Nurses will serve at least three facilities, including hospitals in St. Louis and surrounding communities. Join a supportive team committed to innovation and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Apply critical thinking in dynamic environments
• Ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Recent bedside RN experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for ICU and other specialties)
• Certifications such as BLS (and NRP for Women’s Health)
• Physical stamina including walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and patient handling

Qualifications

• Preferred BSN
• Experience with Epic systems
