About the role

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners provide mental health care to diverse clients, primarily adults and adolescents, through a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via in-person and telemedicine
  • Develop and collaborate on individualized care plans
  • Prescribe medications to manage mental health symptoms, including ADHD
  • Monitor patient progress and make treatment adjustments
  • Complete necessary documentation and assessments in adherence to clinical guidelines
  • Maintain in-person follow-ups every 90 days for clients aged 14 and up
  • Participate in in-house training on ADHD standards and guidelines

Requirements

  • Board-certified Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state
  • Must reside and be licensed in the state of practice
  • At least one year of psychiatry experience; three years preferred
  • Understanding of EMR systems like AdvancedMD is a plus
  • Complete internal training on ADHD treatment without client quotas

Schedule

Part-time (15-20 hours/week) with flexibility.
