Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients aged 14 and up.
- Prescribe medication based on client symptoms and diagnosis.
- Develop, implement, and collaborate on personalized care plans.
- Complete necessary documentation and assessments adhering to clinical guidelines.
- Consult with regional directors and staff on client care, programs, and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Active licensure and board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Master’s degree in Nursing with prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
- Minimum of one year of psychiatric practice; three years of healthcare experience preferred.
- Understanding of EMR systems like AdvancedMD is a plus.
- Willingness to treat diverse populations, including adolescents and adults.
- Completion of in‑house training on ADHD treatment standards and certification.
Compensation
Compensation is based on a fee‑for‑service model, with potential annual earnings between $65,000 and $94,000 for 15–20 clinical hours weekly.
