Part-Time Project Associate
About the role
The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) is one of the largest trade associations in the nation, representing more than 300 heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), water heating, and commercial refrigeration manufacturers worldwide. Its mission is to ensure human comfort, productivity, and safety while practicing environmental stewardship through certification programs, standards, advocacy, and other activities that help save energy, improve productivity, and protect the environment. AHRI is seeking a Part‑Time Project Associate to support the data analytics team by coordinating administrative, operational, and project‑related activities that enable efficient delivery of data products and services. The work location for this position is Arlington, VA. This position does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B, F1-OPT, or F1-CPT visas).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative aspects of analytics projects, including managing user profiles, scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and supporting communication across teams
- Manage and triage incoming requests (Freshdesk tickets), including user onboarding, access provisioning, and issue tracking for analytics services
- Maintain and update documentation, user guides, SOPs, and training materials to support internal users and external stakeholders
- Support data access governance processes, including monitoring user engagement and settings, including permissions
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Data Analytics or a related field
- One to two years of project management experience may be accepted in lieu of education

Pay
The salary range for this position is $34.67/hr to $38.55/hr.
