About the role
Arcadis is seeking a Project Assistant to join our Environmental Team in Casper, WY. This is a part-time role that will support office operations. Individual will be required to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers, engineers, and field teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
- Assist with preparing project reports, organizing and maintaining project documentation, and ensuring important records are accurately filed and readily accessible.
- Scan and manage site documents, maintain laboratory and project data files, and help track project progress through spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Work closely with project managers to provide status and schedule updates and support a variety of administrative project management functions.
- Serve as a key point of support for engineers, contractors, and field personnel by helping coordinate information, responding to project-related emails, and assisting with day-to-day project needs.
- Facilitate and document project processes, support training and compliance requirements, and contribute to maintaining company standards and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and apply appropriate tools and processes to complete work accurately and efficiently.
- 2 years of previous administrative experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $20.38/hr - $30.58/hr. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
Schedule
Part-time, onsite role requiring 20+ hours per week.
