About the role

As a key member of the City of Elkhart team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing various city programs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from residents and businesses
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Manage city programs and events
  • Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualifications
