We are seeking a part time recreation assistant who has availability 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To Assisting with various programs for both athletics and recreation programs for all ages.Processing customer registrations for classes and facility use and assist with maintaining attendance records. Receiving and accounting for various revenues.Enforcing rules and regulations of the Parks & Recreation Department and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.Opening and closing of various facilities.Inspecting and maintaining facilities and grounds for cleanliness and hazardous conditions and reporting such issues to the appropriate authority for maintenance.Securing facilities for games, practices, and special events.Performing routine general maintenance to include field preparation, trash removal, and event set up and break-down. Performing other tasks as required and assigned. The ideal candidate will Have flexible availability.Be able to work independently or in a group setting.
