Part Time Produce Stock

Job Overview

Cub Lakeville North off W 179th St. is seeking a part-time Produce team member to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. This role involves equipment operation, standing for long periods, and providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

Job Responsibilities

• Equipment operation (forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
• Memorization, reading, writing and math
• On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
• Good judgment required for handling situations without immediate supervision
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Requirements

• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Memorization, reading, writing and math
• On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
• Good judgment required for handling situations without immediate supervision
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 16 years of age and older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
• Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil

Schedule

Variated weekly shifts. 18-25 hours a week. Weekend availability required.
