Job Overview
Cub Blaine North is seeking a part-time produce team member to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. This role involves product rotation to maintain freshness and enhance the shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform aisle stocking and display building
- Sort produce food stock loads
- Aid cashiers with price checks and product replacement
- Answer customer questions about product locations and suggestions
- Handle department phone calls and respond or refer as necessary
Job Requirements
- Operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.)
- Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Memorize, read, write, and perform basic math
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Make decisions independently when direct supervision is unavailable
- Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Write identifying information and request supplies verbally or in writing
- Work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Lift/carry up to 70 lbs.
- Push/pull up to 2500 lbs.
- Walk on uneven ground
- Reach, bend, and perform repetitive motions
